Keeps & Towers is a little rules hack to let you and your players design and price their preferred safe-house. It has setup for laying out the rooms, getting workers to do the construction, and the time taken to do the work.

It's a simple enough system, and with tweaks could easily be moved from its intended system of 5E D&D to other Fantasy systems (mostly by changing the assumed rate of pay of the lowest paid workers).
